Castlemilk Community Ownership Forum

Castlemilk Community Ownership Forum (CCOF) is made up of four housing associations (see directory menu on the left) and their objective is 'Real Community Control in Action'. They are all not-for-profit and have been set up by local people to provide good affordable housing in Castlemilk.

We mainly provide housing for rent, but shared ownership and housing for outright sale feature in our areas also. Each organisation is totally independent of each other.

A common housing application is used by CCOF members thus allowing applicants to complete one application form which then filters into all the organisations separate waiting lists.

This site allows tenants to learn more about their landlord and also to report any repairs required to the homes they live. Click on the repair centre menu to the top right to report a repair interactively on this website.
